You can delete your Gratly account and its data at any time.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account is permanent. It removes:
- Your account, recipes, boards, meal plans and shopping lists
- Photos you uploaded
- Family groups you own, which are deleted for everyone in them
An active subscription is cancelled automatically. Lifetime purchases aren't refunded. Deletion can't be undone.
What we keep
These records aren't removed when you delete your account:
- Support messages and content reports you sent us, with the name and email on them
- Payment records, held by Polar (our merchant of record) and in our billing logs
- Product usage events, which never include your recipes, notes, or email
- A waitlist sign-up, if you joined one with your email
Delete it yourself
- In the mobile app: Account → Delete account
- On the web: Settings → Delete account
